BOMA Silicon Valley Bylaws 

The Bylaws serve as BOMA Silicon Valley's constitution. Among other things, they establish the rules and processes for voting, membership, and election of the organization's officers and board of directors. Any changes to the Bylaws must be approved by the BOMA Silicon Valley membership.

BOMA Silicon Valley Board Policies and Administrative Procedures Manual

The Board Policies and Administrative Procedures outlines more prescriptive operational policies and procedures that are essential for the day-to-day operation of the organization. Changes to the Board Policies and Administrative Procedures Manual may be made by a majority vote of the board of directors.

BOMA Silicon Valley 2021-24 Strategic Plan

BOMA Silicon Valley's Board of Directors approved a renewed strategic plan to guide the association's activities for 2021-24. The plan focuses on recruiting and retaining new industry professionals, increasing participation in local and state advocacy efforts, building membership, and more.
