Principal Membership

Applies to all individuals whose primary job function is a building owner, property manager (all levels), facility manager, building engineer or leasing agent.

Primary Principal: $1,035
Defined as the first member joining BOMA from a company.

Additional Principal: $780
Defined as any additional members joining BOMA from the same company as a Primary Principal.

Student Principal:  $780 
Defined as a student member registered in a BOMI designation program--RPA, FMA or SMA.  To continue as a student member, a minimum of one course must be completed in the prior year. The student member may not be counted as the Primary (first member) from a company with multiple members.


Non-Profit/Government: $780
Applies to all individuals whose primary job function is a non-profit/government building owner, property manager (all levels), facility manager, building engineer or leasing agent.


Emerging Leaders: $260 - NEW!
Applies to early-career property professionals with 5 or less years experience in the industry who are first-time members. The Emerging Leader members' company must have an active Primary Principal membership with BOMA Silicon Valley to be eligible.


Retired Member: $260
Defined as an individual retired from the commercial real estate industry who wishes to stay involved in the activities of BOMA Silicon Valley.
