MEMBERSHIP DUES - Starting July 1, Membership Dues are 60% of the Annual Rate.

Principal Membership (Building owners, property managers, facility managers, building engineers and leasing agents)

• First member from managed building site or team - $830 - Now $500
• Each additional member from managed building site or team - $718 - Now $430
• Student Discount - $600 - Now $360
  (Students must be enrolled in the RPA, FMA, SMA or SMT program to qualify for this rate and take at least one class yearly to maintain this membership category)
• Non-profit - $588 - Now $350
  (Owners or building or facility managers of 501 (c) 3 or similar organizations)

Associate Membership (Service or product providers to commercial real estate industry)
There is no "company membership" category, only individual membership by company.

• Each member - $815 (Now $490) plus a one time processing fee of $200.

NOTE:  At the present time there is a waiting list for Associate Members.  We invite you to submit your application and you will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to pay by credit card at the time of application, we will not charge you until the time of acceptance. WEB DIRECTORY ADVERTISING - Add Company Link & Logo - $200
All member companies have the option of having a basic listing on the BOMA SV Directory free of charge. For an annual fee of $200, your company logo will be added and linked to your website. This is a great way to drive traffic to your website and improve your SEO.
