Quarterly Luncheon - November 17

After the Election: What's Next for Commercial Real Estate

The elections this year have been contentious and certain to have an economic impact on our business. Nationally, we will have a few months to evaluate this impact; but in California, we already have our collective "eye" on key issues likely to be addressed in the State Legislature.

BOMA Cal advocate Matthew Hargrove, Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs at the California Business PropertiesAssociation, will present the 2017 commercial real estate "issues to watch" list and his insights on the impact of this month's election results.

Hear what Sacramento is discussing that could impact YOUR buildings.

A significant portion of your BOMA SV dues is dedicated to advocacy on behalf of your buildings, your profession, and protecting our industry.  Come to this luncheon to hear how your investment in BOMA Cal is making a difference.
